In our UK data center we observed errors between 07:25:45 and 07:25:53 UTC. In our Canada data center we observed errors between 07:59:05 and 07:59:40 UTC.
Any background processing jobs will have been automatically retried.

We will be performing ElastiCache service updates in our Canada and UK data centers.
ElastiCache service updates require a failover, therefore there will be up to a minute of disruption when this happens. We will perform the upgrades one at a time, starting with the UK data center before moving on to the Canada data center. The first upgrade will begin shortly after 07:00 UTC on Sunday, 7th May 2023.
The disruption will result in errors being returned by our application when using the scheduler or our API. Any background processing jobs will automatically be retried.
